RENTAL POLICY AND RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

There is a 4 night minimum requirement.

Arrival time is after 4 pm, with departure of 10:30am.  Late departures may be requested and based on availability.

Mickey's Clubhouse, like most other vacation rental homes is not classified as 'handicapped accessible'.

Our villa is defined as a self-catering unit.  It will be supplied with a starter set of hand soap and toilet paper (1 full roll per bathroom).  Other items such as garbage bags, paper towels, sponges, dish/laundry detergent and other personal items considered consumables must be provided by the guest. Many grocery stores are located within a short drive from the resort.

Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change.  To reserve your date, an initial payment of $400.00 is required.  A Rental Confirmation Form will be emailed to you for your approval and signing.  Keep a copy for your records and fax, o mail a signed copy for us to keep on file.

The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.  Once the booking is finalized, a Welcome Pack is emailed to you consisting of directions, guest arrival form, and some helpful tips.

If final balance is not paid in full by this date and we have not heard from you, the hold for the dates will be released and the initial $400.00 payment may be forfeited.

Short notice bookings less than 6 weeks out require payment in full. This can be done via credit card and the signed Rental Confirmation Form can be faxed (732) 276-2455 back to us.

Security Deposit:

We also require an additional $500.00 refundable security deposit which will be returned to you or credited to your credit card within two weeks of departure upon checking of the rental home for any expenses, loss, breakage, or damage incurred. You will be held responsible for all incurred expenses, loss, breakage, or damage with this security deposit even if it exceeds the security deposit amount held. 

Cancellation Policy:   Any cancellations must be made in writing

Cancellation Fee....................$400.00 or loss of deposit

Less than 4 weeks.......No Refund

Owner reserves the right to refuse rental occupancy.

The home is clean upon guest arrival and as a courtesy to us and future guests, please try to leave the home in a reasonable state of cleanliness.   Reasonable order suggests the following:  dishes placed in dishwasher, trash taken out and beds stripped down.  Please be sure to turn off all appliances and lights, make sure windows and doors are locked and secure the home.  If home is not in reasonable order upon departure, an additional charge will be billed to your credit card or deducted from your security deposit.   The home is professionally managed by with a 24-hour on call emergency service if needed.

Our villa is NON SMOKING.  Tobacco smoke odor lingers in fabrics, furniture, and carpeting long after the offender has left the premises.  If such an event occurs, the expense to have the home professionally cleaned will be deducted from your security deposit.

Sorry, even though we love them dearly, we also cannot accommodate pets in our villa.

   

There are NO HOUSE PARTIES allowed in our villa. Windsor Hills is a family vacation rental resort. Loud disturbances that result in complaints being called in to resort security or the local police by other guests are not tolerated here and will result in ejection without refund. Please fully understand our position and policy before you even inquire so that there will be no misunderstandings later.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal items. Parents must supervise their children at all times and will be held totally responsible for any damage caused by misbehavior in our villa. It is also the guest's responsibility to ensure that all doors are locked and secure upon departure and that unnecessary electrical appliances and lights are turned off when not being used.
